By accessing and using ACTION Platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ACTION Platform is an online marketplace that connects event photographers with event participants. We provide a platform for purchasing and downloading event photos and videos.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are final. Once a photo or video is purchased, refunds are not available unless the file is defective or not as described. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
All photos and videos on the platform are owned by the respective photographers. By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the content. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reproduce or redistribute content without authorization; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
ACTION Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
